When Chef Cristian Giancaterino first encountered Gourmet House in London, he recognized a natural alignment in approach and standards—one that would develop into a long-term partnership.

Founded in 1965, Gourmet House is built on a family legacy of caviar production rooted in Persia and the Caspian region. Its approach combines time-honored knowledge with controlled, modern production, resulting in caviar defined by precision, balance, and consistency.
