Our Premium Pure Prestige Fillet and Belkan cut are hand cut and trimmed from the whole side of our Prestige loin, The Pure prestige fillet is the heart of the salmon also known as the “Royal cut”, and is appreciated for its large luxurious flakes and buttery texture. While our Belkan cut is the belly cut that has a firmer texture and more smoky flavor. Available in 200g and 400g packs.
