Shipping & Returns Policies

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) Monday through Thursday are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

To ensure the freshness and integrity of our products, we do not ship orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Thursday will ship the following Monday.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using express insulated delivery to maintain proper temperature during transit.

Each shipment is packed in an insulated container with temperature-controlled gel packs designed to preserve product quality.

Carrier services may include UPS or FedEx expedited services, depending on destination and availability.

Transit Time

​

Most shipments arrive within 1–2 business days from the time of dispatch. Transit times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

We currently ship throughout the continental United States.

Shipping Costs

​

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Orders are packed using insulated shipping containers designed specifically for perishable foods.

 

Returns & Product Guarantee

Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or compromised in transit, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the shipment and packaging.

We will evaluate the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

​Address Accuracy

​

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are correct at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Weather & Carrier Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, Aristocrat Fine Foods cannot be held responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier service disruptions.
