Serve chilled over ice. Best enjoyed simply, using mother-of-pearl or non-metal spoons.

Keep refrigerated between 0–2°C. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days for optimal quality. Do not freeze.

All caviar is shipped via overnight delivery in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to ensure it arrives in optimal condition. Orders are packed with cold packs and prepared to maintain a consistent cold chain throughout transit.

Orders placed before 12pm PST are typically dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time ship the following business day. To preserve product integrity, orders are not shipped on Fridays.

Due to the perishable nature of caviar, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped.
